5 out of 5 starsThe seller’s communication was kind, but not proactive or anticipatory. Tracking was not available, so after purchase, when the delivery window extended then lapsed, I reached out to find that the item had been returned to the seller due to logistics. The seller sent me a photo of the hat as I requested, then resent it without tracking until I asked for it. Then the hat arrived faster than I expected. While the puff writing was well done and the hat was of good quality, the plastic adjuster on the back feels a bit loose. I haven’t noticed the adjuster coming undone while wearing, but it comes unfastened easily in my hands. Overall my experience could have been better, but I’m not unhappy with my purchase for the price because I had no deadline to meet for a special occasion. It made a great gift!
