Etsy buyer on 22 Sept, 2026
1 out of 5 starsThe item was supposed to be delivered 7 days ago, I still have yet to receive tracking information, and when I messaged to inquire… I was yelled at in all caps. Find another seller. 9/22 *Update on 9/27* Once it was clear I would never receive my item, I left the review above to let other buyers know my experience. I requested a refund, and the shop held my refund hostage asking me to first remove my review. After a TON of haggling me to remove my review before giving my money back, I had to get Etsy customer service involved. Finally they gave a refund. And at that time they said they’d still send the product and if I liked it, I could remove my review. They said they’d give me tracking info with 2 days. 4 days later I followed up, and they said they’d give me shipping info AFTER changing my review. All this, still no product.

I’m sorry that you were disappointed with your experience. I would like to clarify that you received a full refund, so you were not charged for the order. Even after providing the full refund, I was still willing to send the item to you completely free of charge as a goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to resolve the situation and provide the item at no additional cost, we were unable to reach a satisfactory resolution. I understand that the shipping delay was frustrating, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I simply wanted to clarify that you received a full refund and that I also offered to send the item free of charge.
