Issues with Order?
If you encounter problems such as misprinted, damaged, or defective items, please contact us within 3 weeks from the date of receipt. For such issues, provide clear photographs for evidence.
Lost Order?
Should your item get lost in transit, notify us within 3 weeks following the estimated delivery date. For orders lost over 10 business days (35 for international), we'll replace it for free.
Faulty Order?
If the mistake is on our side, we'll bear all costs.
Entered incorrect or insufficient address?
If an order is returned due to a wrong or insufficient address provided by the buyer, they are responsible for the reshipment fee. There's a 7-day window for reshipment upon package return. Note: Full refunds won't be given for incorrect addresses, only partial refunds may be available.
Order marked as "delivered" but not received?
If the package is marked "delivered" but isn't found, it's your responsibility to contact the local delivery service. We'll assist from our side, but replacement costs may not be covered.
