1 out of 5 starsReceived a jacket in a noticeably different color than shown — confirmed by comparing the actual item directly against the seller’s own listing photo. Raised it with the seller and got a copy-paste denial, then an out-of-office auto-reply. No real resolution. Proceeding with a credit card chargeback since the seller wouldn’t fix it. Would not recommend this seller.

2 out of 5 starsJacket arrived 1 month after ordering and the jacket is terribly wrinkle from such bad packing (only rolled up in a plastic bag! )I believe I will return unless they. An send a better product
