Hi, I'm Brenn!

I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who works in both a public school district and private practice. My days are spent in classrooms, IEP meetings, supervision sessions, and data reviews, so I know firsthand how much paperwork comes with helping kids succeed.

Here's my confession: organization has never come naturally to me. For years I juggled stacks of data sheets, scattered spreadsheets, and forms so plain and gray that I dreaded opening them. I figured if I needed tools that were easier to use (and actually nice to look at), other educators, behavior analysts, and fieldwork trainees probably did too.

That's why I started The Visual Toolbox Co. Every resource here is designed by someone who uses them in the real world, with two goals in mind: make the work simpler, and make it look good while you're doing it.
