Thrive in Business fue fundada por Clare Griffiths, FRSA en 2018, cuando se sintió frustrada porque no podía encontrar el tipo adecuado de apoyo comercial y la comunidad que necesitaba como mujer solopreneur. Como no podía encontrar lo que quería, ¡decidió crear la solución ella misma!
Si bien hay algunos programas fantásticos de apoyo empresarial para mujeres fundadoras que desean construir un equipo y escalar sus negocios, hay muy pocas iniciativas para mujeres solopreneurs que desean hacer crecer su propio negocio en términos de ingresos, pero no en términos de personal, y que están felices de seguir trabajando para sí mismas como una empresa de uno.
En respuesta a esto, Clare decidió llenar ese vacío ofreciendo oportunidades de aprendizaje y redes inspiradoras, informativas y prácticas para mujeres solopreneurs que, ella cree firmemente, están desatendidas en el mundo del apoyo empresarial.
En los últimos años, Clare ha desarrollado una serie de eventos (presenciales y en línea) y herramientas prácticas de aprendizaje para mujeres empresarias.

Thrive in Business was founded by Clare Griffiths, FRSA in 2018, when she became frustrated that she couldn’t find the right kind of business support and community she needed as a female solopreneur. As she couldn’t find what she wanted, she decided to create the solution herself!
Whilst there are some fantastic business support programmes for female founders who want to build a team and scale their businesses, there are very few initiatives for female solopreneurs who want to grow their own business in terms of revenue, but not in terms of staff, and who are happy to remain working for themselves as a company of one.
In response to this, Clare decided to fill that gap by delivering inspiring, informative and practical learning and networking opportunities for female solopreneurs who - she strongly believes - are underserved in the world of business support.
Over the last few years, Clare has developed a range of events (in-person and online) and practical learning tools for women in business.
The practical tools, templates and learning resources you find on our Etsy shop are all created by Clare Griffiths, Founder of Thrive in Business, and are informed by her expertise and experience as an entrepreneurship educator, innovation adviser and female founder.
