This buyer sent me over 10 messages complaining that the order was not IDENTICAL to another order placed 6 years ago. The two objects are also different in the listings, but the buyer claims that two DIFFERENT objects were the SAME. The order arrived on time, I shipped regularly despite the restrictions from COVID19, the item is not damaged, I explained to her that she cannot compare two DIFFERENT items with two different styles and I also offered her a 25% discount. Unfortunately he decided to leave me negative feedback and this is ridiculous. Unfortunately there is no remedy for people's stupidity. DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS FROM THIS PERSON, it is unreasonable.
