Are your certificates intended to be used during the Nikkah ceremony?
Yes. Our certificates are specifically designed for use during the Nikkah signing ceremony itself. It can be put on display afterwards as a keepsake to remember the ceremony afterwards.
Are the certificates personalized?
Yes. Each certificate is personalized based on the information you provide at checkout. A digital draft preview is shared for your review and approval before printing to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes. A digital proof is always provided prior to printing. This allows you to review names, dates, and layout details. Printing does not begin until the proof is approved or the approval window has passed.
How many changes are included? What if I cancel my Order?
Up to two rounds of changes are included at no additional cost.
Further changes may incur an additional fee. Once a certificate has been printed, changes are no longer possible and a new order would be required. Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase and customers may cancel on their own.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We package your product in rigid containers to make sure it does not get damaged during shipping. Since we ship all over the world, all of our packaging is focused on preventing damage upon delivery.
How long does production take?
We spend a minimum of three business days on each order. This includes layout preparation, proofing, printing, and quality checks. Waiting times may vary depending on order volume, but nothing is rushed.
