Comencé esta aventura en mi pequeño taller en 2009, armado con un torno, demasiada resina epoxi y una obsesión por cómo la madera y la resina se fusionan cuando la luz les da justo el efecto deseado. Lo que empezó como experimentos nocturnos se ha convertido en una pasión a tiempo completo por crear piezas únicas que se sientan atemporales y modernas a la vez.
Cada mesa de río, bolígrafo hecho a mano, obra maestra de charcutería, soporte para teléfono y decoración del hogar se elabora con maderas nobles cuidadosamente seleccionadas (nogal, arce, cerezo, haya veteada, lo que el bosque me ofrezca esa semana) y resinas no tóxicas de la más alta calidad. Vierto, sople, lijo y termino todo yo misma, lo que significa que nunca habrá dos piezas exactamente iguales. Tu mesa, bandeja o pendientes tendrán sus propios nudos, figuras y una fluidez irrepetible. Esa es la magia que busco a diario.
Me inspiran las costas agrestes, los ríos de montaña, las fotos de nebulosas de la NASA y la serena belleza de la madera imperfecta. Mi objetivo es simple: crear algo que te detenga a mitad de la lectura y te haga decir: "¡Uf! ¡Necesito eso en mi casa!".
Cuando no estoy cubierto de aserrín o esperando pacientemente a que la resina se seque, me encontrarás acampando, pescando, buscando nudos y losas de borde vivo, o experimentando con nuevos pigmentos que brillan en la oscuridad y fórmulas de resina ecológicas.

Hey there, I’m Lance – the hands, heart, and slightly resin-stained fingers behind Timber Nexus Crafts.
I started this journey in my little workshop back in 2009, armed with a lathe, way too much epoxy, and an obsession with the way wood and resin dance together when light hits them just right. What began as late-night experiments has grown into a full-time passion for creating one-of-a-kind pieces that feel both timeless and modern.
Every river table, handmade pen, charcuterie masterpiece, phone stand, and home decor starts with carefully chosen hardwoods – walnut, maple, cherry, spalted beech, whatever the forest hands me that week – and the highest-quality, non-toxic resins. I pour, torch, sand, and finish everything myself, which means no two pieces will ever be exactly alike. Your table, tray, or earrings will have their own knots, figure, and “flow” that can’t be duplicated. That’s the magic I chase every day.
I’m inspired by wild coastlines, mountain rivers, nebula photos from NASA, and the quiet beauty of imperfect wood. My goal is simple: make something that stops you mid-scroll and makes you say, “Whoa, I need that in my house.”
When I’m not covered in sawdust or waiting patiently for resin to cure, you’ll find me camping, fishing, hunting for burls and live-edge slabs, or experimenting with new glow-in-the-dark pigments and eco-friendly resin formulas.
