Ho avuto diversi problemi con la spedizione e, nonostante avessi contattato il venditore più volte tramite messaggi, non ho mai ricevuto né l'articolo né il rimborso. Il venditore ha detto che avrebbe "tenuto d'occhio la situazione" e "risolto il problema", ma non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta, nemmeno dopo numerosi messaggi.

Ho ordinato la mia maglietta il 27 aprile e l'ho ricevuta il 13 maggio. Il venditore è rimasto in stretto contatto con me per assicurarsi che ricevessi la maglietta prima del mio viaggio. Sono estremamente grato per l'impegno e la dedizione che ha profuso per la soddisfazione del cliente ❤️

This review is less about the overall experience and communication surrounding it. I ordered this item for a family trip because the delivery dates worked for me and I believed I was ordering from a US-based seller. Unfortunately, the package never arrived and Etsy eventually had to refunded the order. After delays and unusual tracking through PYK Global, I asked directly if the item was coming from overseas and was reassured it was shipping from within the US. Later, I was informed it was actually being produced in Vietnam due to supply issues with their US factory. I completely understand delays happen, especially with custom products. I just think customers deserve accurate information upfront regarding shipping origin & realistic delivery expectations. If timing or domestic shipping matters to you, take note.
