The fit and patina it developed during the 3 years was perfect and it hurt to have to replace it. There was no question. I was going back to Nicola to get a new case. I settled on a different version, since my original was no longer available. The alligator style leather is even more beautiful than my previous version. I couldn’t be happier with this case and it is worth every penny — the craftsmanship is impeccable and he was willing to accommodate some changes I requested. If you are thinking about purchasing his work just do it! You won’t regret it.

5 out of 5 starsAmazing quality for both the material and the case itself. The pen holder does make the overall phone bulkier but it also functions as a nice grip for the phone when it's folded open. Seller was also very communicative, and the item arrived faster than I expected!

5 out of 5 starsItem is exactly as pictured. I picked the Ocean Blue/316 Dark Blue colour and it is stunning in person. The dye is even, is the perfect dark blue/black shade, and is very vivid in tone. The leather itself is great quality and it can be easily seen that a lot of care went into making this. The craftsmanship is great. This is a very expensive product, but from what I can tell so far, it is absolutely worth it. All the edges of the case are wrapped in leather and finished cleanly so there are no raw or loose edges, and the case grips the laptop securely. I loved it so much, I immediately purchased another 2 for some other MacBook users in my family. If you are willing to spend this amount of money, this is definitely a worthwhile investment for a premium product made with high standards!
