The work of the origamist is made of time, patience and slow and repetitive movements to ensure that the paper is not ruined during the creation of the form, each piece is made strictly by hand;
the cost of origami proposed here is calculated based on the time taken to make them, based on the time taken to better master the techniques and the difficulty of realization (multiple sheet folding techniques are not used).
Most of the paper used is FSC from responsibly managed sources.
The choice of materials is accurate and each shape is studied in detail to always ensure harmony. The warmth of each piece is unique and is given by the mastery of the hands, so small imperfections denote the craftsmanship of the product and are not to be considered a defect.
Some items may differ slightly from the photos; there may be slight differences in size, colors, thicknesses, types of accessories used, etc...
Shipping times vary depending on the country of delivery,
ATTENTION: After the order to facilitate the delivery operations it is preferable to leave a telephone number for the courier, you can send the telephone number simply by message on Etsy or privately by message on social channels or to the email address info@uforigami.it or ordini@uforigami.it specifying the order number and / or type of order name etc.
Without a telephone number I am not responsible for non-deliveries due to an absent recipient or incorrect address.
I am not responsible for any delays in deliveries by the post office, being a hobby activity, packages for non-EU are marked as "Gift" therefore they are not treated as a commercial shipment and may be delayed especially for emergency related to the restrictions for COVID19.
I am not responsible for any additional costs to be incurred for customs release.
Any refunds by the post office for lost parcels outside Italy can be forwarded only after 60 working days. Refunds for foreign countries will be calculated from time to time and do not include shipping costs.
Cheap or free shipments by ordinary mail are not traceable and it is not possible to know the delivery times.
