Hi Tiffany, We're sorry to hear you feel this way. This design has been purchased by 20+ customers without any similar quality issues. We also contacted you privately five times to help resolve the problem, but unfortunately we didn't receive a response. As stated in the listing, the files include both high-quality PNG and SVG formats. As a professional graphic designer, I take great pride in the quality of every file I create.
