Is not available for download! What kind of service is this?

I have reported this review to Etsy. The buyer mguevara271 purchased this template about an hour ago, she messaged me 5 min after purchase saying 'I need to type the information I don't see the template?' I replied within 5-7 minutes giving her the Etsy link regarding how to download files and if she could not download it that way, I would be happy to email the file directly to her. She automatically gave me a 1 star review! I think this may be someone doing it on purpose. She has just messaged again right now saying 'I really need this download, Please help! I cannot download app.' When I check the download status of her purchase, it says the files have been downloaded. I am continuing to help her even though she is not responding to my questions and keeps messaging me 4-5 word messages.
