Wayne Factory Cosplay and Costuming is a team of artisans that work with passion to realise costumes and props inspired by cinema, comics and video games. We do really care about details and quality of our creations and we try to always keep high standards, even when the character we’re working on is apparently easy to realise.
Always updated, we work following all sector’s techniques, always trying to keep up with our customers needs. Designing, building, sculpting, painting and everything else is prop making itself, is part of our work.
Our goal is to be a reference point for anybody who want to be, even if just for a few hours, a superhero.

Returns and exchange details
All items are hand made, then we don’t consider refund in any case, but for any problem, we invite you to contact us and we will give you all assistance solve solve the problem.
We will solve fitting problems for clothes made by distance and
any defects of production for helmets, masks or props.

Changes for defect are possible: any replacement of the product or any change will only be made when we receive the item that must be changed. Shipping costs for sending the item back to us is at customer charge.
In all cases, each problem will be evaluated to find the best solution.

Any damage done after delivery is not our problem and no refunds or replacements will be available in this cases. Take care of the products and they will last for many years.

All objects are HANDMADE and, as such, may contain small surface imperfections.
The items we ship will only leave the seat if they are in perfect conditions and only if they reflect the product shown in the photo, but materials such as urethane rubber and resins may have minor defects. Our interest is that you are satisfied with your purchase.
We accept Paypal Payment and direct checkout with credit card.

We do our own products by hand, we are not a factory, and it takes time. We continuously strive to respect the expected time announced. You Receive all the information necessary for tracking the order to the moment when everything is ready to be shipped. Then please take

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services, strokes or customs controls. This is not our job. We are not able to control these events but we will do our best to assist you.

Customs costs are charged to the customer. Then we not refound that costs.
We use fast shipping SDA,DHL,Feedex,UPS for most of all our product.
Once shipped, shipping time depending on location:
- for italy is about 2/3 days;
- for european and international location is about 5-7 days.
It would be unlikely to provide us your mobile number at the time of order, useful for couriers to locate you.
The tracking is available for both, for international location, full tracking depending of location.
For some product that have a big dimension have have provided 2 choose of shipping:
- slow / normal time that mis about 7/20 days
- fast shipping courier as says before
Normally, we suggest fast shipping, also if have a more hight cost, but is a safe services.

If you buy multiple items in one order, we will combine shipping where possible and issue a partial shipping refund AFTER everything is dispatched if there is anything to refund.

If you refuse a package or aren't home to accept the delivery or don't pick it up from the depot, shop or the post office and it results in the return and/or abandonment of your package, you will be responsible for all Fees, Import fees, Return shipping costs and Abandonment fees. And as previously mentioned, there are no refunds/returns as everything is handmade to order. Therefore it is your responsibility to follow the transit of the parcel once the tracking code has been provided.
