What if I didn't pick up the parcel from the post office and it was returned to you?

I will be happy to ship the item to you again as soon as it is returned to me, but please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the second shipping. Alternatively, if you prefer, I can issue refund once the parcel is returned to me. Please keep in mind that in both cases, the shipping costs and all extra taxes will be deducted from the refund amount. Thank you for your understanding 😉

I'm passionate about creating unique art and offering customization options for my lampshades. You can request changes to colors, textures, or any other details. We'll work together to create a custom lamp that meets your vision. I'll keep you involved throughout the process by sending photos of each step for your approval. Before shipping, I'll send you photos of the final lampshade so you can make any necessary adjustments. Your satisfaction is my top priority! 😉

Returns

I accept returns. If you're not satisfied with your new lampshade, you can return it to me. However, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to Ukraine. Etsy and bank commissions and also for any applicable taxes or fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Thank you for your understanding. 😉

What have I do if parcel delays?

Unfortunately, there may be occasional delays in the delivery process. But don't you worry, I'm here to assist you! In most cases, delayed lampshades tend to arrive within the next two weeks. However, if your parcel takes an unusually long time to arrive, I'll gladly provide a refund. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are important to me! 😉
