WonderFelty began with a search for the perfect gift.
When my sister was expecting her baby girl, I was looking for something truly special and discovered handmade nursery mobiles. I instantly fell in love with them. At the same time, I realized how much I would have loved to have a handmade mobile for my own son when he was a baby. That thought stayed with me.
Curious and inspired, I started learning everything I could. I watched sewing tutorials, practiced new techniques, and spent countless hours creating my very first mobile—a soft pink and white design with a bunny, a little bear, and a princess. It wasn't perfect, but it sparked a passion that has continued to grow ever since.
As the years passed, I refined my sewing techniques, improved the quality of every detail, and gradually discovered my own style. Today, every collection begins long before I pick up a needle. It starts with sketches and patterns—some are entirely my own, while others evolve from existing ideas.I rarely consider a design finished on the first attempt. I often remake patterns, adjust proportions, and refine even the smallest details until everything feels balanced.
Inspiration can come from almost anywhere. Sometimes it comes from children's illustrations, but often it appears in completely unexpected places. One of my favorite mobile collections was inspired by a series of handmade ceramic pieces. I love looking beyond the world of felt and toys because beautiful design exists everywhere, and it often leads me to create something unique.
Nature remains my greatest source of inspiration. Gentle mountains, forests, desert landscapes, soft clouds, peaceful animals, and muted earthy colors all find their way into my work. I want every mobile to bring a sense of calm, warmth, and harmony into a baby's first room.
Every mobile is designed and handmade by me with great attention to detail. I carefully choose materials, sew each piece individually, and assemble every mobile by hand. My goal is not simply to create nursery décor, but to make something that families will remember long after their baby has outgrown the crib.
Today, many of my mobiles are chosen as baby shower gifts, pregnancy gifts, newborn gifts, and thoughtful presents for first-time parents. Knowing that my handmade creations become part of such meaningful moments is the greatest reward and the reason I continue designing every new collection with love and care.
