What to do if you receive a damaged picture
Upon receipt of the package, report in writing to the courier any damage to the packaging. In the absence of such a dispute it is not possible to answer for any damage to the work. Then contact the seller who will replace the painting only after viewing detailed photos of the damaged packaging, the work and the dispute to the courier. It is the seller's right to request the shipment of the damaged work.
Refunds
Being works performed at the time of the order there is no refund. Only in the face of damage during transport is replacement provided. See FAQ What to do if you receive a damaged picture.
