Domestic Shipping
Most orders are shipped by ChitChat's parcel service without tracking and trace information as standard. If you want to upgrade your parcel to express service, please convo me before purchase.
For parcel exceeds 2cm thick (mostly for earrings) are shipped by ChitChat's parcel service with track and trace information.
US Shipping and Return
Most orders are shipped by ChitChat's parcel service with track and trace information. US shipping fee now covers the tariff and related fees. Upgrade shipping to express service is available, please convo me for details.
In a case of any return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and no initial shipping costs will be refunded. When returning orders with free shipping, the refund given will be equal to the value of goods returned less the relevant amount of the discounted shipping charge applied to your order.

Return
We accept returns for unwanted items as long as they have not been used and are in their original packaging. Please notify us before returning orders.

Refund will ONLY be made when the returned order is received by us and in good condition.

VAT, GST and any other taxes from your country are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. Buyers are responsible for any aforesaid taxes and must be paid upon delivery.

Care Instruction
Each lampwork glass bead is individually handcrafted from glass and should be handled with care. Items should be stored out of direct sunlight, should not be subject to perfumes, hair products or beauty products. Findings will tarnish over time and may be gently polished with a soft cloth but never cleaned with harsh chemicals. Please avoid wearing your jewelry while bathing, sleeping or exercising to keep it safe.
Packaging & Recyling
EU customers must ensure that all received packaging (eg. cardboard boxes, bubble wrap and tape, etc.) is separated, sorted, reused and/or disposed of in the right recycling containers, at home or locally under the EU Extended Producer Responsibility Packaging Act.
