Each item has its own deliver option, it depends on its price...for example my amazing love cards will be delivered with basic shipping options, the chepest ones, because these cards cost only 1.5€ per piece.
These are all shipping options I use for my shop:
BASIC SHIPPING (NO TRACKING CODE), mostly used for love cards:
- up to 6 working days to Italy;
- up to 15 working days to European countries;
- up to 30 working days to America, Asia and Oceania.
POSTA1 & POSTA PRIORITY (with a code to check if the item has been dispatched), used for A4 and A3 prints:
- up to 5 working days to Italy;
- up to 10 working days to European countries;
- up to 20 working days to America, Asia and Oceania.
Packages from 350 g to 2 kg, like for wedding invitations orders with a minimum of 50 pieces, are delivered by SDA.
- up to 5 working days to Italy;
- up to 10 working days to European countries;
- up to 15 working days to America, Asia and Oceania.

I sell stationery and printed object. Usually my items are packed with care in a bubble envelope, otherwise it will be specified in the object listing.
I miei prodotti cartacei vengono inseriti in buste con bolle d'aria o cartonate.

Frequently asked questions
What shipping method do you use?
Items will be sent by "Poste Italiane" or SDA within 1 week after payment is received. I try to ship a soon as possible. You will get a message from me, after the package is dispatched. After purchase we'll being in touch and text for evry question and trouble.
I have a production partner that helps me with printing and delivery from USA. Prints of Love provides with delivery for all my love cards, eg.
Custom and personalized orders
Here is the timing.
CONSIDER ONLY WORKING DAYS, no deliveries on saturday and on sunday :(
BASIC SHIPPING METHOD (NO TRACKING CODE):
- up to 7 working days to Italy;
- up to 20 working days to European countries;
- up to 30 working days to America, Asia and Oceania.
UPGRADE OPTION (NO TRACKING CODE):
- up to 5 working days to Italy;

Custom and personalized orders
It depends.
I will make you a refund, if the item is not as described but I need proof, take a photo as it arrives, and a photo of the postmark.
Digital files will be sent again if they are damaged and you cannot open them. For custom order you have 2 rounds of revisions; after your final approval I'll send you the file and won't work on it again (only you pay for it :))
