Custom and personalized orders
In my shop you'll find 2 kinds of items:
a - PRINTABLE TEMPLATES
b - PRINTABLE PERSONALIZED FILES
For PRINTABLE TEMPLATES you will be able to edit yourself but please read the product details of each item to see what is or is not editable.If you need color changes or any other personalization, please contact us BEFORE the purchase.
For PRINTABLE PERSONALIZED FILES you will have them professionally edited. You may ask to change colors, fonts,... as in product details.
Do you offer printing services?
We do not offer any printing services at this time. For printing and cutting, we recommend using FedEx Kinkos, Staples, Office Depot or a local print shop. Local copy and print shops do a nice job for a very reasonable price!
When I will receive my file?
For PRINTABLE PERSONALIZED files:
please check our current turnaround time. You will receive your proof file as soon as possible at your registered email address.
For DIGITAL TEMPLATES:
they are available as Instant Download. You will automatically receive your files within a few minutes of completing your order.
You can also download your files at your Etsy order page.
1. Log into your Etsy account using your Desktop computer (it will not work on mobile devices).
2. Click on "You" on the top right side of your Etsy page.
3. Select "Purchases and Reviews"
4. Find your order, and click "Download Files"

I can't edit my PDF file
Please be sure that you are using the latest version of Adobe Reader, which can be downloaded for FREE at http://get.adobe.com/reader
Also, please be sure you are actually editing in Adobe Reader. Avoid double-clicking the file name to open the template. Instead, launch Adobe Reader first, then click File, Open, and select your file.
If you tried to edit the template in any program other than Adobe Reader, you may have broken the template. But no worries! You can re-download your files (from your email or from your Etsy order page) and start over.
How I edit my PDF template?
IMPORTANT: You MUST be using the latest version of Adobe Reader - called ADOBE ACROBAT READER DC - to make all edits to our files. You MUST also be using a desktop computer and NOT a mobile device or phone.
1. Download and install the latest free version of Adobe Reader: https://get.adobe.com/reader
2. Open Adobe Reader on your desktop computer. Note: our templates cannot be edited on a tablet or mobile device.
3. Click on File > Open in the top menu and navigate to your template file.
4. Click in the text field boxes that are highlighted in light blue and edit with your own text.
5. Save your file by re-naming it (eg. Sarah's program) and print
Custom and personalized orders
The type of cardstock really depends on the style that you are going for, for your event:
It's best to print on thick card stock. We recommend 100lb or more. Most home printers will comfortably print on 90 - 110lb card stock, however you will need to check your own specific printer guidelines to make sure about it.
How can I convert my template PDF file to a JPG file
If using Adobe Reader to edit the document, you might have to convert the PDF to a JPG.
You can choose "file>export>save as Image file" or

EDITING FEE
Remember you purchased an editable template file this means YOU as the customer edit the document yourself.
If you rather have the information (details/name) added for you, there is an additional fee. Depending on the File, the fee starts out at $6.00 and up.

Please be sure to check and double check all spelling and grammar on any PDF, graphic designs you order.
I do my absolute best to catch any spelling errors (on your end or mine!) but I'm only human and an error may go unnoticed. If the area is editable please review it carefully.
