Standard production time without rush production upgrade: 3-4 weeks.
Rush production time: 1-10 business days depending on production volume and date needed by, given your digital mockup has been approved.
We are not to be held responsible for production delays due to delays in digital mockup approval. Please note that we cannot send your items to production until your mockup is approved.
Rush production times are based on business days. Neither production nor postal services operate during weekends and/or holidays.
Please note that upgrading to rush production does not include faster shipping. Rush upgrade is for production time only. If you also need to expedite shipping, please contact us with quantity needed, colors wanted, and your zip code and we will give you a quote for faster shipping methods.

Never received a response from the vendor after attempting to send updated photo link to them. Attempted contacting them multiple times through Etsy and gmail with zero response (after placing the order and paying!). One month later and no order and no response. Opened an Etsy case and was refunded by Etsy. Now looking at a local option to get these in time for our wedding.

The coolies are fine… but the color descriptions are terrible. We ordered burnt orange and they are just as bright orange as my blaze orange hunting gear. I attempted to reach out twice and no responses, even after giving them a couple business days to respond. Before I purchased, they were great to work with and accommodated my design wishes and shipping address change. But once my order was delivered they ghosted and the product is not the right color.
