Please note that each piece is handmade when you ordered and require up to 2 weeks for crafting and for the item to be dry and ready for shipped. All items are shipped immediately after they had dried.

I ship USPS 1st Class or USPS Parcel In USA
International orders may take weeks to arrive via USPS International if you need any decoration on rush please send me a message before placing your order

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products Cold Porcelain Favors and Cake Toppers being used on a food items ( like cakes and Cupcakes ) or children related activities we're unable to accept any returns for safety of all customers.

In the event that I made a mistake in your order please message me in three days of receiving your order no return or exchange is allowed without a previous authorizations from me I will answer in lees than 48 hours on regular week days
In a special event of any item returned to me with my authorization the customer pays all Shipping charges from the delivery and the return, If I'm not at Fault or responsible for lost or damaged packages . We will send you the tracking # you're responsible to track the package and call post office is if any issue with shipment. If you would like to purchase insurance or other type of shipping service or upgrade please message me before placing your order
Any Refuse order or return order by buyer without a authorization from me will be charge a 50 % of the total order price as restocking fee plus the shipping and handling paid .
