4. After your approval, I will ship it to the address you provide

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Products are fully insured against any mishandling during shipment. And I will confirm 3 times during the whole process with you, so there is little chance you are not satisfied with the goods and you will receive broken goods. Due to the personalized nature of our products, once the design process has been started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. There will not be any exceptions made as there is cost associated with every single phase of the design process.

This was the 2nd art doll Ben made from me and I am just as happy with this one as I was the first. His custom work is exceptional, and I am saying this as someone who has worked with 3 other vendors before finding him.
