From January 2024 our courier charge us for changing address as well as returns and reshipping so make sure your address is correct and that somebody will be there to sign and collect, P.O. boxes are not allowed. If the package will be blocked because a P.O. box address has been selected you will be charged additionally for the change of address.
If the courier tries to deliver many times and is not able to do so because nobody is home the shipment will be returned to us and you will be charged for return and reshipping
Costs will be as follows
-Change of address €18/$20 US
-Return and reshipping €50/$55 US
