Item is cute. Bought it as a gift. Shipping took longer than expected. Customer service was good

Quality wasn’t as I expected. My item arrived 2 weeks after it said it shipped and over a week after the expected delivery. Tracking was not available, saying “parcel not found”. Unfortunately, when I reached out to the seller for assistance, their response was “wait 3-5 more days to see if it comes then ask us again”.
