I can't say enough about the customer service from this shop- it's amazing and Sarah is awesome to work with! Highly recommended this shop (and her beautiful custom dolls!!!) Ty again!!! 🩷🩷🩷

Amazing seller, first of all! I asked for extra photos AND video of my Ribbon-Chan I ordered, and she was super hasty with a response, photos, and a video to show the eyes and that they work! I was immediately SOLD! I got her, and I was even MORE impressed! It was like I was receiving her from Groove Pullip themselves (with a cute personal touch)! She was wrapped entirely in bubble wrap, and completely strapped into her ORIGINAL BOX! She was JUST like new! Absolutely perfect! I WILL buy from her again! Shipping was decently quick too! Absolutely in love! ❤️
