Our wooden signs are made exclusively by the two of us and are painted then perfectly distressed by hand to give a worn, aged look and feel. Every piece of wood we use is unique and will vary in grain and knots, adding character to every sign, so yours will always be an original piece.

All our signs are MADE TO ORDER

Your sign will ship 4 weeks from time of purchase. We ship all our items via USPS Priority Mail which is 2-3 day shipping. We also offer PRIORITY EXPRESS shipping at checkout for an additional charge.

Please verify we have your CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS as we ship to the address that is attached to your order...or, if you are using PayPal to purchase, make sure that the shipping address on your PayPal account is correct as well. We are not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered packages due to an incorrect address.

YES! we love custom pieces! Our procedure on custom pieces are as follows:
-Contact us to discuss what you are looking for...verbiage, size, coloring, etc
-We will discuss a general design and create a custom listing just for you,
-After purchase, we will send you a design proof for you to look over and tweek if necessary,
-After you have approved design, we get started painting!

*PLEASE NOTE* we do not offer refunds on custom items after we have started the painting process...if you would like to request a refund, please make sure you let us know before final approval on design.

Great question! We usually have a working list of orders open and we do stay booked around 3-4 weeks in advance year round. :)

All our signs are made to order and Jamie and I do everything from buying and picking up the wood in bulk, cutting each piece to the correct dimensions, painting the backgrounds and distressing, cutting our frame wood down to size, painting the text on your sign, sealing it with the top coat, framing it and attaching hanging hardware on the back. The two of us ALSO pack and ship every single sign and take the time to talk to all you amazing people! It is definitely a time consuming process making sure every detail is perfect and we would never want to rush your sign out to just get to the next one!

My experience working with this shop was nothing short of incredible. The owner is extremely kind and gracious. My first order arrived damaged due to the shippers (they packed the sign incredibly well). Melody immediately responded to my frantic email and swiftly made me another one. The sign is absolutely beautiful and perfect for our new home. It’s sturdy and of high quality. The sign exceeded my expectations. I’m beyond impressed with the courteousness, professionalism, tentativeness, generosity, and expeditiousness of this shop. I couldn’t recommend any more highly. 10 out of 10!!
