1. Right of Withdrawal
If you’re a buyer residing in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

2. How to Withdraw
To exercise this right, you must inform me of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by a clear statement. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it’s not obligatory.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized items made specifically for the buyer or items that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.

4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this purchase, I will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (unless you chose a more expensive shipping method), without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless we agree otherwise.
