I ship with Dhl Express or Fedex which deliver to your address in 1 business day to Europe and 2-3 days to USA.

2- Do I pay customs tax?

If you are located in USA,You do NOT pay any tax for your order but if you are located in a different country outside of USA,You also do NOT pay customs tax but sometimes,It is out of my control.

4- Do you accept returns and do you make custom orders?

* Your satisfaction is the most important for me.If any reason,you are not happy from your order,I accept the return without hassle. * I can make pillow cover in any size you want but the question is this.As you can see from my Etsy shop,I am making my pillow covers from vintage kilim rugs so that Each of my pillow covers are unique.If you want me to make custom order,I can send you the photos of my vintage kilim fabrics and If you like any of them,I can make custom order as you want.

5- Do you accept credit cart?

Sure,You can also pay with your credit card without PayPal.If you decide to order,Please first check out your shopping card with other option and then I will send you a payment link which you can pay with your credit card.

I always have my vintage kilim rugs professionally cleaned before I cut them and sew them. So that All of my kilim pillow cover are clean and ready for use but if it is necessary in the future, They can be machine washed in cold water on a delicate cycle.

Why the inserts are lumpy?

I need to vacuum the inserts to ship because of their volume and if you can wait 1-2 days and push them a few times with both of your hand they will be getting fluffy.

I produce each piece in my workshop using soft and elegant velvet fabric. The refined look of velvet adds a modern and luxurious atmosphere to your living space while offering a comfortable experience for daily use. Inside, I use high-density foam to provide supportive and comfortable seating. All covers have hidden zippers and are removable for easy cleaning.
