Which file do I download?

Download only the ZIP for your device: on e-ink, the one for your model; on iPad and Android, the one for the screen format shown in the listing. Each ZIP has EN, PT-PT and PT-BR folders with the product you bought, a 2-page installation guide and the licence. Bundles can have more than one ZIP: download all the ones for your device.

How do I get my files?

Right after payment, Etsy emails you a download link. You can also find it any time in Purchases and reviews on Etsy. Download the ZIP on a computer, unzip it, then follow the guide for your device.

The links don't work. What's wrong?

On e-ink, tap the links with your finger, not the pen: the pen only writes. On iPad (GoodNotes), tap links with your finger and write with the Apple Pencil. In Samsung Notes, turn on reading mode (the book icon); in Noteshelf, links open with finger or pen. On all devices: keep the file as a PDF and don't import or convert it into a notebook template.

Which devices are supported?

E-ink: reMarkable Paper Pro, Paper Pure (also for reMarkable 2) and Paper Pro Move; Kindle Scribe; Boox Note Air and Tab Ultra, Note Air5 C and Air6 C, Go 10.3, Tab Mini C, Tab X C and Note Max; Kobo Elipsa 2E and Libra Colour; Supernote A5X, Manta and Nomad. Colour tablets: iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad and iPad mini; Android tablets such as Samsung Galaxy Tab, Google Pixel Tablet, Lenovo Tab, Xiaomi Pad, OnePlus Pad and OPPO Pad. Not every product is made for every device: check your device's section and the list in each listing. Each device or screen format has its own file.

Will it look sharp on my screen?

Yes. On e-ink, each file is drawn from scratch for your device's screen instead of being stretched from another one, so lines stay crisp. On iPad and Android, files are vector (sharp at any zoom), with one file per screen format.

Is it dated? When does the week start?

It depends on the product. Planners have full dates for the year(s) in the listing, with weeks starting on Monday, and the English version also includes an edition with weeks starting on Sunday and US holidays. The Notebook with Tabs, Meeting Book, To-Do, Reading Journal, Habit Tracker and Bible Study Journal are undated: start any day.

It is designed for screens (e-ink, iPad and Android), not for printing.

Can I share or resell the files?

Personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share these files. Each purchase is licensed to one person, and a one-page licence is included in every ZIP. © Creative X Spot 2026.

Do you offer refunds?

Because these are digital downloads, returns and exchanges aren't accepted. If something doesn't work on your device, message us and we'll help until it does.
