Very pleased with my hanging chair - it is extremely well made and great quality. The material is not quite as natural as I was expecting, it has a shiny coating (which is probably good for durability/stains). Delivery took longer than expected and I didn't get a reply to my email so this loses a star, but overall, very happy!
