This seller is a scam. Please note she is not subject to Etsy policies and provided such vague shipping dates that PayPal does not help. My wedding attire did not arrive in time so I’m stuck with a wedding garment I do not need! Buyer beware. And the zipper arrived broken.

Buyer placed an order on sale. We kept in commute with buyer. we shipped We sent her a tracking ID to track the package! Buyer said she called DHL and they said her package was missing. We called DHL and it wasn't missing. Buyer continued to pressure us into refunding her saying the package was missing. 13hrs later buyer received the package claiming the zipper came broken. The Zipper was intact when we shipped. we communicated with buyer, we tried our best to give a good customer service it is really unfair the amount of work that has gone into making the outfit for this to be the case. Buyer said it was a red carpet event.
