*Please note* If you purchase one of my dissection patterns, and are willing to work with animal fibers that are feltable, you do not need this pattern to finish your dissection. This is an optional pattern for those who do not wish to use wools, or those who prefer the look of knitted bits over felted bits.
**Please also note** This is a pattern only -- not a finished item!! This pattern is only for the organs. It does not include the pattern for a dissected frog, rat or pig (all of which are available in my shop: www.aKNITomy.etsy.com).
Whatever your reasons for not wanting to work with wool, it can be frustrating when projects require needle-felting, which is only possible to do with animal fibers.
To fix this problem with my biological knitting patterns, I have designed a set of knitted organs that can be made with man-made or plant fiber yarns!
Skills that you need to create these organs:
Knit and Purl stitches
Casting on and binding off
I-cord
