I paid for a pink and white rectangle patch for my granddaughter and followed their exhaustive custom patch ordering instructions ..see listing.. then, almost THREE weeks later they send me someone elses patch that I've posted in a photo and isn't even in the same language as what I bought. When I complained they admitted to their error and promised to send me the right one as soon as possible before ghosting me until Etsy had to step in with a refund a few days before my right to protest the purchase expired. Very disappointed and would advise others not to purchase anything from this seller. ***UPDATE: They apologized, refunded my entire purchase and sent me the correct patch. The patch is perfect and aside from their communication glitch.***"
