"The bag is just great. Like others have said the canvas is stiff when you first get it, but just like leather products it will break-in and patina. The size is just right and the laptop sleeve can fit a 16-inch Macbook with a protective sleeve on it. Very boxy interior which is great for things like packing cubes and such! The leather belt on both sides is a nice touch. I use it to strap in my 32oz water bottle, along with the free keychain to really hold it in place. This bottle is huge so its rare to have something large enough to hold it on the outside of a backpack rather than wasting interior volume on storing it. The bag is a steal for its price. Easily the best backpack I’ve ever owned, albeit this is the first higher-end one I’ve bought. I recommend it!"

"I ordered this as a gift for my husband, who has been struggling to find a backpack he likes that doesn't almost immediately fall apart. He loves it! It's very roomy, has lots of pockets for useful extra storage, is comfortable and very well made. He started making happy noises immediately upon opening it, and after thoroughly examining it, he pulled everything out of his old backpack and moved it all into this one. He says it's very comfortable and adjustable to fit. Customer service is also great. I had a question, and the seller replied to help me within an hour."
