Unfortunately, se repeatedly promises to send with tracking (we have even discussed that I can pay it) but she never does. She "forgets"/can't afford. Whose is the responsibility if expensive items get lost in mail?? She can't answer. But I shoud have an option to pay for tracking myself as a customer, at least.
