I am a student of life (always learning and growing). In my journey I have discovered many passions. My family is my number one passion and success. My creative outlets range from writing to photography to mixed media and encaustics. Writing is an external expression of the internal. A gorgeous photograph is like a visual drug. I fell in love with encaustics due to the smell of the wax, the achievable textures (I'm a texture gal) and the endless possibilities of incorporating found objects, ephemera and the likes.
