I am Amy Adams (not the actress) artist, yogi, organic gardener. I work a full time job in addition to my “real job” of creating and managing 3 Etsy shops. I first opened RubyMoonDesigns (2007) which now exclusively holds my original and art prints. I separated my boutique items and fiber art and opened my second Etsy shop SewRubyMoon (2009). The pieces were quite different. I decided they had a different market and feel and would benefit from separate stores. This has proved to be a good concept for me. I just opened my third Etsy Shop RubyMoonPrintables (2014) selling downloadable, print at home artwork. I use traditional art and digital techniques to create my pieces. I recognize that in today’s world there is a demand for instant gratification and DIY. Instant downloads eliminates shipping time and costs. People like having instant access to their purchases.
