Each listing has turnaround time listed in the shipping area of the listing. We ship everything as soon as we can complete it in the order it is received. Please note that this is an estimated time based on current orders and stock levels. If we have to order your item this also is factored in the timeline. Please contact us if you need your item before the turnaround time listed and we can work out a RUSH option.

Each of our orders are custom and personalized to your requests. We request initials in the order you want them on the item to make sure that you receive exactly what you request. Please note that we do NOT refund or exchange when initials are given in the wrong order. If a name is given, the initials will be done in first, last, middle order (unless specific instructions are given with the name).

All orders are custom and personalized, so they are not exchangeable or returnable unless there is a manufacturer's defect or mistake on our part. These must be reported to us (via Etsy Convo with pictures) within 5 days of receipt of product and mailed back before a new item will be sent out.

Please see each individual item for sizing details since we carry various brands and each are made differently.

We work hard to provided size measurements when available from the manufacturer. These measurements can have a variance of plus or minus 1 inch.

Unisex: Made to fit male or female (not typically form fitting)
Junior: Sizing in between Youth and Women's sizes

Please also note that we do not recommend sizes (via conversations) due to not being about to measure our customers in person. Thank you!

We recommend all items that are washable (see listing for specifics if different) be washed inside out in cold water and immediately hung to dry. Fabric softener does not need to be used on any of our products. This protects your items from shrinkage, bleeding, and damage due to dryers and fabric softener. We also suggest that OxyClean NOT be used on any of our products.

Fonts are shown in the pictures of each listing. If a font is not chosen during checkout, the font in the first picture will be used for your order.

Thread Color options are shown in the pictures of each listing. If a thread color is not chosen, a color will be chosen for you that coordinates with your item. We have many colors not shown in the picture, please contact us (prior to purchasing) to see if we have the color you desire.

Vinyl Color options are shown in the pictures of the listing (if more than black and white are available. If a color is not chosen, we will use a color that coordinates with your item.

Every screen/monitor is different and has different settings. The colors you view are for your reference only and could be different in person.

Since we can not control screen color variations, we do not accept exchanges or returns due to color variations.
