Will I receive a physical product?
No. Every item in this shop is a digital download. No printed or physical item will be shipped.
How do I download my purchase?
After payment is confirmed, sign in to Etsy in a web browser and open Purchases and Reviews to download your files. Digital purchases currently cannot be downloaded through the Etsy app. Guest buyers receive a download link by email from Etsy.
What paper and print settings should I use?
Use the paper size stated in the listing, usually A4 or US Letter. For best results, choose Actual Size or 100% scale unless the included guide says otherwise. Standard printer paper works for activities; heavier paper can be useful for cards or repeated handling.
Can I use a local print shop?
Yes. You may send the files to a professional print service only to produce copies permitted by your license. Print results can vary, so check the listing's dimensions and ask the printer to preserve the original scale.
Are the files editable or personalized?
Only when the individual listing clearly says so. Unless stated otherwise, files are supplied as finished, non-editable downloads and do not include personalization.
Why do the printed colors look different from my screen?
Screens and printers reproduce colors differently. Paper, ink, printer settings, and monitor calibration can all affect the final result. Small color differences are normal.
May teachers, homeschoolers, or therapists use the files?
Yes. One purchaser may print copies for their own household, classroom, homeschool group, or direct client caseload. The digital files may not be shared with colleagues, other classrooms, organizations, or online groups. Additional users need their own purchase unless a listing includes a broader license.
Is commercial use included?
No, unless a listing explicitly states otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, sublicense, or use the files or printed results as products for sale. Print-on-demand use is not permitted.
Can I return or cancel a digital purchase?
Digital items generally cannot be returned or cancelled after purchase. If a file is missing, damaged, or materially different from the listing, please contact us through Etsy Messages so we can help. This does not limit any rights provided by applicable law or Etsy's policies.
Are AI-assisted tools used?
Some products may use carefully directed AI-assisted tools as part of the design process. Each product is manually reviewed, refined, and prepared for printing, and relevant Etsy listing disclosures are completed honestly.
