Returns and exchange details

We try to describe and photograph our items as accurately as possible so that the buyer has a clear idea of ​​what he or she is buying. However the colours might differ due to different computer/device screen settings.
Please read the description carefully before making an order. If you will still have questions after reading the description, please, contacts us before making your order.
Read the size and measurement instructions carefully.
If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please inform us within 7 days after receiving the purchase and we will do everything possible to make it right!
We will offer you an exchange of the items or a refund. Please note that an item should not be damaged, dirty, washed, worn (other than to try it on) and that any labels and tags should be intact. The item has to be returned in the original package. The refund is provided within 14 days after it's received by us.
Please note that we do not refund the return shipping dues. Shipping costs will also not be refunded. We do not take responsibility for damages or losses due to the shipping.

Please note once again that customised items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
If you have purchased SALE PRODUCT please keep in mind that it is NON - EXCHANGEABLE and NON - REFUNDABLE. SALE order cannot be cancelled once processed.

We do not accept cancellations but do not hesitate to contact us if anything is wrong with your order. We will help you solve the issues regarding accidental mistakes (wrong size, color, etc.).

PRODUCTION TIMELINES:
All clothes in our shop are handmade, every order is made individually, therefore, once you place an order it may take 2-3 weeks for us to make it before we ship.

If you need your order to be delivered on time for a special date, contact us straight away. We will let you know if we will be able to make and ship the order on the same day and deliver it the day you need it for.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:
All orders are shipped to your Etsy address, unless you provide a different one.
If you want to change your address after you made your order you can do it only if the order is not dispatched yet.
