Welcome! I'm Ashley Pahl, a nature-inspired watercolor artist based in the beautiful Great Lakes. I specialize in landscape paintings; art prints; handmade holiday cards; and custom-painted and personalized ornaments for gifting.
BUSINESS HOURS: I am available Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM and generally respond to messages within 1-2 hours. I am also available in the evenings and on weekends, but response time may be longer.

Business Hours

Custom and personalized orders
I love doing custom work! It is my specialty and I enjoy creating to meet your needs. I can customize most text on any of my printed products; I can create custom quantities to meet the size of your event; I can also paint custom artwork - I would love to hear what you have in mind! Please contact me any time to get started.
Rush Orders
I understand the need for rush orders, and I will certainly try my best to accommodate you. Please message me BEFORE purchasing to ensure that I will be able to fulfill your order on short notice. For rush orders that need to be received in less than a week, there may be a rush order fee applied. Priority Mail and Express Mail options are also available at checkout for faster delivery.
Processing Times
Different products have different processing and production times. Most products are made-to-order in 1-5 business days. Custom portraits and paintings may take up to 2 weeks before shipment. Processing times are listing on each product page under "shipping & policies". Business days are Monday - Friday. Please contact me with any questions!
Returns and Cancellations
Cancellations of non-personalized and non-custom items are accepted within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, your item may already be in production and for this reason, are not eligible for cancellation. All items are specially made-to-order, just for you!
Instant downloads are not eligible for returns or cancellations, so please read product descriptions carefully. If you have any questions about a product, you are always welcome to message me at any time!
Products damaged in the mail are eligible for a swift, free replacement if a photo of the damage is provided.
What is the custom portrait process?
When you purchase a custom portrait listing, the process begins when you send me photos of the animal that you would like painted. Custom portraits usually only include the animal's head and face, but full-body portraits may work with the right photograph. After receiving your pet photo(s), I will create the painting. I will place the painting on a mock-up of the product you ordered for final approval. Upon approval, your custom item will begin the production process and will be shipped to you as quickly as possible. Approved artwork and designs are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you do not approve of the painting, small adjustments to the painting can be made as requested.
Shipping Method & Package Acceptance
All products ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Upgrades to Express Mail are also offered. Signature confirmation upon delivery is also available upon request. Original paintings and orders over $100 in value may automatically have signature confirmation applied to their delivery. Tracking for all packages will be provided via email.
