We ship USPS with tracking. Once the package has been received by the USPS, we are no longer responsible for it. We want you to be happy though, so we will assist you in searching for your package if your package has been lost. Please send me a message before you order if you would like to purchase insurance.
If your purchase is a gift, please let me know in notes to seller and I will be glad to wrap it and include a card for you. :)
