Customers must confirm data that includes full name (no abbreviations), address, telephone number and email. Especially for the names Mohammad, Maria and Jesus (names related to religion), DHL regulations require attaching an ID Card / driving license to confirm your data. don't worry because the data will be safe because it is only intended for sending your package. Please note that some countries require an Import Permit or other documents. It's a customer obligation to provide the required Import Permit.

We guarantee your plants only from the time the package is shipped until you open it (transit warranty). Therefore, if a plant dies after two days, it is not our responsibility. I hope that by importing, customers are aware that plants may not be in optimal condition due to interstate travel. Therefore, customers should understand how to care for their plants upon receipt or ask us about their care. We offer a one-time full replacement or a 50% refund (item price only) provided you send photos of the plant on the day the package arrives or no later than two days after arrival.
