Q1: How long does delivery take?
Your personalized certificate will be delivered directly to your Etsy messages within 24 hours of receiving your name and preferences. Most orders are completed within a few hours.
Q2: What file format will I receive?
You will receive a high-resolution PDF file (A4 size, 300dpi) — ready to print at home or at any professional print shop worldwide.
Q3: How do I place a custom order?
Simply add the item to your cart and fill in the personalization field at checkout with:
· Your first name
· Theme preference (Wisdom/Strength/Love/ Nature/Prosperity/Balance)
· Gender (F/M/Neutral)
· Optional message (max 20 words)
Q4: Are the kanji characters accurate?
Yes. Every kanji combination is personally reviewed by a Japanese language specialist to ensure authenticity. We select characters used in real Japanese names — not just phonetic approximations.
Q5: Can I request a revision?
Absolutely. If you're not satisfied with the kanji selection, message us and we'll revise it until you're happy. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Q6: What size should I print?
The file is A4 (210×297mm / 8.3×11.7 inches) at 300dpi. It prints beautifully at A4 or US Letter size. For larger prints (A3 or 13×19"), the resolution remains sharp.
Q7: Can I order for someone else as a gift?
Absolutely — this makes a wonderful personalized gift. Simply enter the recipient's name in the personalization field. The PDF will be sent to your Etsy account for you to print and gift.
Q8: Do you offer physical prints?
Currently we offer digital downloads only. You can print at any local print shop, Walmart Photo, Walgreens, Costco (US), or online services like Printful.
Q9: What is your return policy?
As a digital personalized product, we cannot accept returns once the file is delivered. However, we offer free revisions if you are unhappy with the kanji selection, and will immediately remake any order with errors. Message us first — we always make it right.
