I messaged him after I purchased the download with questions regarding which download would be best for a 24x36 and asked for suggestions on where to purchase this size print for the best quality. He helped me so much and the print and quality were stunning. I have attached a picture of it after I framed it. I look forward to buying from Dusan again!!

Do I receive a physical print or a digital file?
All items in this shop are digital downloads only. You will not receive a physical print, frame, or canvas. You’ll get high-resolution digital files that you can print yourself.
How do I download my files after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will make your files available in your account:
Go to Your account → Purchases and reviews → Find the order → Download files.
Etsy also sends a download link to the email address you used at checkout. If you have any trouble downloading, send us a message and we’ll help.
What sizes are included and can I print a different size?
Each listing shows the exact sizes and aspect ratios that are included. You can often print larger or smaller as long as you keep the same aspect ratio (for example a 2:3 file can be 20×30 cm, 40×60 cm, 24×36" etc.). If you choose a size with a different ratio, the image must be cropped or it will look distorted. For the best print quality, stay within the maximum size recommended in the listing; printing smaller is usually safe. If you’re not sure which size works best for your file, send us a message and we’ll be happy to help.
What paper should I use, and what if my print looks blurry or the colors look different?
For best results, use a high-quality matte paper or semi-gloss paper (ideally 200 gsm or heavier). Each listing includes a paper suggestion based on that artwork’s colors and contrast.
If your print looks blurry, make sure you’re using the original downloaded file (not a screenshot), printing at 100% scale, and not exceeding the maximum recommended size for that file.
Color differences are normal because screens are back-lit and printers/papers vary. For the most accurate result, consider a professional print shop and the paper type suggested in the listing.
Can I use the artwork for commercial purposes or in my business?
You may use the files to print and display the artwork as decoration in physical spaces such as cafés, bars, restaurants, hotels, offices, studios, salons or waiting rooms.
However, the files are still licensed for personal and on-site decorative use only. You may not resell the digital files or printed posters, share the files, upload them to print-on-demand platforms, or use the artwork in logos, branding, merchandise, packaging, or other products for sale without written permission.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads?
Because of the nature of digital products, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the files have been downloaded. If there is any issue with your files (wrong size, corrupted download, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll be happy to help fix the problem.
How do you use AI in your artwork, and what does “AI art in human hands” mean?
I use AI as one of my creative tools – like a brush in an artist’s hand, not a replacement for the artist. It helps me explore ideas and build base compositions, but every final piece is carefully selected, refined and finished by me: colours, layout, text and overall mood are always human decisions. I call this approach “AI art in human hands” – technology assists, but the taste, judgment and final responsibility stay with the artist.
What is “Kinetic Geometry”?
Kinetic Geometry is my signature abstract style, built on the tension between sharp geometric cuts and wide flowing arcs. It is designed to feel like motion frozen in time - structured, balanced, and full of energy. Textured, painterly surfaces and carefully tuned color rhythms give each piece strength from a distance and rich detail up close. Kinetic Geometry has rules, but not a cage - each work follows a clear visual language while still leaving room for intuition, variation, and the occasional exception.
Do your prints include a border?
Many artworks in this shop include an integrated gallery mat border. This means the white or off-white border is part of the digital artwork file and is designed to give the print a clean, polished, gallery-style look.
No physical mat, frame, or border is included - you will receive digital files only. The border is already built into the image, so you can print the file as provided. For the best result, choose the correct aspect ratio and print size listed in the product description, so the artwork is not cropped or distorted.
