Who we are, why are we here, and what we aim to achieve.
Hola a todos, ¡somos una nueva tienda en 2023! Nuestro objetivo es vender prendas de vestir con las que se pueda identificar, no solo en el nivel general, sino incluso más profundamente. Al tomar nuestras experiencias de vida y traducirlas en nuestra mercancía, esperamos que nuestros diseños lleguen más cerca de casa. ¡Esperamos tener ese momento de "ohhh sí" o "alguien finalmente entiende" cuando veas nuestros productos! ¡Casi como una broma interna!
Sí, somos nuevos y sí, da miedo comprar en una tienda nueva sin credibilidad. Pero queremos estar orgullosos de la satisfacción del cliente. Junto con el respaldo de Etsy, nosotros también nos aseguraremos de que, primero, recibas tu producto y segundo, estés más que satisfecho con él.
Si no está satisfecho, nos aseguraremos de encontrar una manera de solucionarlo. Somos nuevos y aún no somos perfectos... pero danos una oportunidad y juntos, nuestra tienda podrá aspirar a la perfección. Y tal vez algún día puedas decir: "sí, fui una de las primeras personas en comprar en esa tienda".
Hi everyone, we are a new shop in 2023! Our goal is to sell items of clothing that can be relatable, not just in the general level, but even deeper. By taking our life experiences and translating them onto our merchandise, we hope that our designs hit closer to home. We hope to get that "ohhh yeah" or "someone finally understands" moment when you view our products! Almost like an inside joke!
Yes we are new, and yes, it is scary to buy from a new shop with no credibility. But we want to pride ourselves in customer satisfaction. Along with backup from Etsy, we too, will make sure that, one, you receive your product, and two, you are more than happy with it.
If you are not happy, we will be sure to find a way to make it right. We are new and we are not perfect, yet... but give us a chance, and together, our shop can aim for perfection. And maybe one day, you can say, "yeah, I was one of the first people to buy from that shop".
