Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I especially loved that the ingredients were split into two, that way if I messed up I got a 2nd try or could make the other half later. It was perfect <3

Packaged elegantly as always and I appreciate the free sample of kohakuto and bag of tea to pair with it! I've ordered from this shop multiple times and am always impressed with the high quality of customer service, communication, shipping, and of course...the product itself! You'd be hard pressed to find kohakuto better than this!

Once again, great mochi! It has a delicate, sweet flavor and perfect texture. We tried the yuzu, chocolate and raspberry this time. All delicious, but my favorite was the yuzu! Can't wait to order again.

I employ concepts of exciting feelings (tokimeki), yummy taste and positive health. I exhibit my works and also teach making WAGASHI in USA and Japan. Published the very first recipe book in July 2016 in Japan.
