星 5 個のうち 4 個The customer service is good. They message you when you place the order and when it arrives. It’s a legit tough case. Ordered glossy and that’s all legit. Only reason I’m giving a 4 star instead of 5 is because the picture quality is a little off. It’s a lot darker and duller than what’s being shown. Not sure if maybe the printer needs more ink or how that all works with phone case making. Just wish the case had a brighter and clearer image like what’s being shown in the ad. Still a good case.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Since all of our products are made to order using a Print on Demand process, it typically takes 2-5 business days to print your phone case. Once printed, shipping times vary based on your location, but we aim to get your case to you as quickly as possible!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help resolve it!
How do I care for my phone case?
Our phone cases are durable and long-lasting, but to keep them looking their best, we recommend cleaning them with a soft, damp cloth and avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme heat.
